Elbow, Wrist & Hand Pain

Arm and hand pain is often felt with gripping a utensil, opening a jar, bending the elbow, or lifting objects.

Sometimes your arm and hand may feel numb and weak, or you can have sharp pains.

There are multiple muscles and bones that make up our elbow, wrist, and hand, and an injury can be an real issue since we use our arms and wrist so often in life.

Treatment:

Treatment starts with an in depth assessment of the ligaments, tendons, joints, and muscles of arm and hand to find the root cause of your symptoms.

Pain relief techniques we use most for elbow, wrist, and hand pain are Graston, massage, joint mobilization and dry needling.

Elbow, wrist, and hands discomfort requires targeted strength training and endurance to help you use your hands in everyday life or return to your sport.

Common conditions we see:

-Tennis elbow

(medial epicondylalgia)

-Golfers elbow

(lateral epicondyalgia)
